Can I Describe My Vehicle Over the Phone for a Buy in Price?
We cannot give an accurate value of a vehicle over the phone. We require any vehicle to be brought to the dealership so we can assess if there is any preparation required and adjust the price accordingly if necessary, that way we will always pay the fair price for both parties and there are no nasty surprises.
What Form of Payment Should I Expect to Receive?
We will pay any money due to you in the form of a bank transfer.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Money?
We will typically pay any outstanding amount on the day that we receive the vehicle and all necessary documents & keys etc.
Do I Bring My Car to You or Will You Pick It Up?
We would prefer to have any vehicle brought to our dealership here at Tweedmouth Service Station, but can accommodate any extenuating circumstances, or if the vehicle is a non-runner then we can arrange for it to be recovered.

With used cars, fair wear and tear is expected but elements that can affect the value of your trade in are things like, but not limited to:
- Excessive Wear/Damage to the Interior, Glass, Body Panels & Wheels
- Number of Keys
- Lack of Service History & Maintenance

- Modifications Missing Items Such as Parcel Shelves etc.

Part Exchange Your Vehicle
We make part exchanging your car as simple and transparent as possible. We accept all makes and models of cars in part exchange and we can ensure that you will receive the fairest valuation possible in accordance with the current market values.
How Does Part Exchanging Work?
We will give you a valuation on your vehicle, which will be deducted from the purchase price of the new vehicle that you are looking at. If there is any outstanding finance on your current vehicle then we will pay off your settlement and deduct the amount owed from the value of your trade in.
What Documents Do I Need?
We only require the V5c Registration Document & the book pack which contains the service book, owner manuals etc.
